Questions

How Saloonly works, in plain words.

Do I need an account?+

No. Pick a time, give your name and mobile number, and you are booked. Your bookings stay on this device; add an email whenever you like to see them on any device.

Do I pay on Saloonly?+

No. You pay at the salon, the way you always have — cash, card or however they take it. Saloonly holds the time and passes your order on.

Are the times real?+

Yes. They come from the salon’s own diary: its opening hours, its stylists and the bookings it already has. If a time goes while you are deciding, Saloonly tells you and shows what is free instead.

How do I cancel?+

Open My bookings and tap Cancel. Each salon sets how close to the time you can still cancel online; after that, call them.

Why does the salon need my phone number?+

So they can reach you about your booking. It is shared only with salons you book or order from, and it becomes part of that salon’s record of you, like a booking made over the phone.

How do product orders work?+

Add products from one salon to your basket and place the order. The salon marks it ready; you collect and pay at the counter. You can cancel until it is ready.

Times look off by a few hours+

Every time on Saloonly is the salon’s local time, because that is when you need to walk in — even if your phone is set to another time zone.

I run a salon. What does it cost?+

Listing is free with SaloonERP Light. Saloonly takes 10% of each completed booking and each collected order it brings you, on the price before tax and tips.
