How your salon gets listed on Saloonly, for free

This one is for the people on the other side of the chair. If you run a salon, a spa, a barbershop or a beauty studio, you can be on Saloonly for free. Here is how it works.

Free to list, with SaloonERP Lite

Every salon on Saloonly runs on SaloonERP, the salon software made by the same team. SaloonERP Lite is the free version: your listing on Saloonly, online bookings, your services and slots, products and orders, and the customers who come through them. There is no subscription and nothing up front.

Getting started

• Register your salon at lite.saloonerp.com/register. It takes a minute.
• We check the registration and open your workspace.
• Add your services, prices, stylists and opening hours.
• Switch on online booking, and your page goes live on Saloonly.

Design your page

Your page is the first thing customers see, and you control it from Lite. Add photos of your services, your products, your team and the salon itself. Set out your menu with prices and how long each service takes, introduce your team, and keep your opening hours up to date.

Customers compare salons on exactly these things, so a page with real photos and clear prices does a lot of the selling for you.

Bookings land in your diary

Customers only see times you are actually free, worked out from your opening hours and your stylists’ bookings. When someone books, it goes straight into the diary you work from, not into an inbox you have to check. With the SaloonERP app on Android, each new booking reaches your phone as a notification.

You decide how close to the time customers can cancel online, and everyone who books becomes your customer record, with their visits and orders.

Sell your shelf

Switch products to “sell online” and they appear in the Shop on your page. Customers order, you mark the order ready, and they collect and pay at your counter. Customers pay you directly, for services and products, as they always have.

How Saloonly earns

Saloonly earns a commission only on what it brings you: bookings that are completed and orders that are collected. No-shows and cancellations cost nothing. The rate is not one-size-fits-all; we agree it with each salon, so it suits your size, your prices and how you work.

Every booking and order Saloonly brings is listed in Earnings in SaloonERP Lite, with a monthly statement, so you can see each line.

Good to know: When you want billing, staff, stock and reports too, the full SaloonERP is the same account with more switched on.
