How to book a salon on Saloonly, step by step

Booking a salon should take less time than finding its phone number. Here is the whole of it on Saloonly, on the website or the Android app.

1. Find a salon

Search by name, service or area, or browse by kind of place: hair salons, barbers, spas, nail and makeup studios, skin clinics. Share your location once and salons sort by distance. "Open now" shows only the places you could walk into today.

2. Choose what you want done

Every salon page lists its services with prices and how long each one takes, in the salon’s own currency. Pick one or several. If you have a favourite stylist, choose them; if not, choose anyone.

3. Pick a time that is really free

The times you see come from the salon’s own diary: its opening hours, its stylists and the bookings it already has. If someone else takes a time while you are deciding, Saloonly tells you and shows what is still free.

Good to know: Times are always in the salon’s local time, because that is when you walk in, even if your phone is set to another time zone.

4. Book with your name and number

No account and no password. Give your name and mobile number and you are booked; the salon sees it in its diary straight away. If you add your email, you can see your bookings on any device.

5. Turn up and pay at the salon

There is nothing to pay on Saloonly and no booking fee. Pay at the counter the way you always have, by cash, card or whatever the salon takes.

Need to cancel?

Open My bookings and tap Cancel. Each salon decides how close to the time you can still cancel online; after that, call them. It frees the time for someone else, and salons remember the people who let them know.
